I'm always shocked when men tell on themselves. When I was living in the states it was always so strange how men could suddenly go from perfectly normal to unhinged rabid weasel the moment I did something normal like not give them my personal number, refuse to let them into my house, or acknowledge the presence of another human being.

It's funny when guys say something like "the female orgasm is a myth," because that translates directly to, "I've never sexually satisfied a woman in my life and woe unto them who hath tolerated my blundering fondlings," but there's an undercurrent of danger there that's really quite scary.

Thank god these guys are being called out, but I remember once being slapped by a guy straight across the face in in the middle of a party for daring to speak and while it brought the party to a screeching halt, he faced absolutely no social or legal repercussions.

For such a long time this truly unforgivable behavior has been normalized and to the point that guys actually think this sort of thing is okay. What truly worries me is while people are calling attention to it more and more seriously I've routinely dealt with men my age who are part of the generation who behave poorly explain it away as something men their age would never do.
